Jobot is seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist in Pasadena, CA to perform full CNC lathe setups and production operations. The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T, and selecting tooling, speeds, and feeds to optimize efficiency. Ideal candidates have aerospace‑friendly machining experience and the ability to troubleshoot during production, ensuring continuous improvements in a clean, safe shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting up & running CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment (ideally aerospace).
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and tolerances.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspection measurements.
• Experience with multi-axis or live-tool lathes is a plus.

We are in need of a CNC Lathe Machinist who have the skills and ability to run full setups on our CNC Lathes. We are proud of the clean operation that we run and looking for others who can contribute to our growth.
