Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC machines.
• Experience operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills.
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Experience working with tight machining tolerances.
• Ability to adjust tooling and machine offsets.
• Ability to perform minor CNC program edits.
• Strong machining and tooling troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, machining specifications, and production documentation.
• Select and adjust tooling according to production requirements.
• Make machine offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed.
• Monitor machining operations to maintain production efficiency and part quality.
• Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and tolerance requirements.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify finished parts meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and production issues.
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and aerospace manufacturing quality requirements.
