Job summary

Action Group seeks a seasoned 5-axis CNC Mill Machinist for night shift in Tulsa, OK. The role requires executing setups, running CNC mills, and inspecting parts to tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and GD&T.

You will read blueprints, determine sequences, and troubleshoot tooling and setups with a focus on quality. Candidates should have 2+ years in heavy manufacturing CNC machining, familiarity with Fanuc controls, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience required.
• Fanuc Controls experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges).
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Setup, operate and inspect parts on CNC machines.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and inspect parts on CNC milling centers and 5-axis machines.
• Read blueprints and work instructions; determine sequences and tolerances.
• Use precision instruments to verify part conformance.
• Monitor machines and adjust for quality; report issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep area clean and safe.
• Operate forklift and move materials as needed.
