Job summary

NeoMetal in Oakdale, CA is hiring a Swiss CNC Machinist to run and fine-tune Swiss screw machines that produce titanium jewelry components to exact tolerances.

You will load titanium bar stock, set up the machine for efficient production, monitor cycles, and inspect parts with micrometers and calipers to ensure every piece meets spec.

A sign-on bonus up to $1,000 is offered for qualified candidates; success comes from meticulous setup, offsets, and ownership of quality in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years CNC machining experience; Swiss/screw machine experience is a plus.
• Comfort working with titanium or other precision metals.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings and work instructions.
• Working knowledge of CNC concepts, tooling and setup.
• Sharp attention to detail; microns, not millimeters.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

The Role

We're looking for a Swiss CNC Machinist who takes pride in tight tolerances and clean setups. You'll run and fine-tune Swiss screw machines producing titanium components so small that precision isn't optional - it's the whole job. Qualifications: Experience:

• Machining: 5 years (Required)
