Job summary

AAA-USA Inc is actively hiring an experienced Machine Operator to support major manufacturing programs. The operator will set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to produce parts to exact tolerances, reading blueprints and specs to determine tooling and setup.

You will monitor quality, perform basic maintenance, and move materials through the shop. Must be willing to travel or temporarily relocate to Kinston, NC. Relocation assistance and benefits are available to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts while maintaining required tolerances and specifications.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to determine machining processes, tooling, and setup requirements.
• Uses precision measuring instruments and machinist tools to inspect, assemble, and verify finished components.
• Performs machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, grinding, honing, deburring, and fastening.
• Monitors quality standards and follows manufacturing procedures to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
• Performs routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, coolant checks, and basic equipment upkeep.
• Moves materials and completed parts through the manufacturing process using assigned equipment.
