Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC machines (Doosan and Haas) to produce complex parts in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and schematics, maintaining tight tolerances.
• Perform deburring, cleaning, and finishing of machined parts to meet quality standards.
• Conduct manual inspections using precision tools, including micrometers, thread gauges, and indicators, to ensure part accuracy.
• Execute preventative maintenance on machines and manage cutting fluid systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance machine shop efficiency and quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the machine shop.
