Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-precision optical components, supporting industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, and semiconductor. We are seeking an experienced Optical CNC Machinist to support production of precision optical components. This role involves programming, setup, machining, and quality inspection using advanced diamond turning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC diamond turning machines (Precitech, Nanotech/Moore)
• Set up machines and ensure optimal operating conditions
• Perform precision measurements using optical metrology tools
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards
• Handle and clean delicate optical components
• Maintain SPC data and documentation
• Support 5S and maintain a clean work environment
