Job description

Our client, a precision metal shop, has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Machinist, to join our winning team in Kaukauna.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read and interpret customer supplied blueprints, internal work instructions and job processing travelers.
• Ability work both independently and in a team environment
• You will be responsible for performing quality inspections using a variety of measuring equipment
• Be familiar with conversational programing at machine
• Set-up your own tools when necessary
• Driven to resolve problems and help others
• Must have a good attitude and work well with others
• Basic mathematical skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 or more years CNC experience working in a job shop environment
• Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints
• Basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in machine / tooling set-up and standard tooling
• Demonstrated ability to use a variety of inspection tools to verify parts
