three14 group is partnering with several Northeast Ohio manufacturers to hire CNC Machinists across multiple shifts and experience levels. Positions include setup, operation and programming on CNC lathes, mills and centers in Cleveland, Aurora and Stow.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and tolerances to setup and operate CNC equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspections with basic gaging.
• Experience or willingness to work with CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and other precision machining equipment.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Machine components to required dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts with micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust for quality and productivity.
• Support continuous improvement, safety and maintenance initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams.
