Job summary

Oceaneering in Houston, TX seeks an skilled machinist to set up and operate production equipment. You will work with lathes, mills, grinders and saws to produce parts to drawing specifications.

You will read GD&T and other drawings, verify conformance, and perform in-process inspections as required. This is an onsite role with a daytime schedule, with potential variation based on workload.

Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to set up and operate production machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, saws. Machine materials to drawing specifications. Reads and interprets drawings and specifications, to include Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), as required.Perform in process inspections where required.

This position is an onsite position at our Houston, TX facility. The hours for this position are 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Hours can vary between 8 -12 hours per day based on workload/ business need).
