Job description

Our client located in Horsham, PA is looking for a talented CNC machinist to join their team. Being able to set-up the machines is a key attribute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurate record keeping
2. Able to read and interpret blueprints
3. Proper inspection of first-run and in-process parts
4. Operate CNC and/or Manual machinery (Mills/Lathes/Boring Bars)
5. Ability to set-up machine components (not all parts are machined using the same process)
6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment
7. Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL & IPC Spec requirements
8. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of recent verifiable experience in operating, editing, and setting-up CNC/Manual machines for precision parts
• Skilled in the use of all types of precision measuring instruments
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints/sketches, as well as a variety of geometric and trigonometric principles
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform some heavy lifting
