Job description

Arrow Staffing is hiring CNC Operators for a sign production company in Grand Rapids. This role involves operating CNC router equipment for aluminum signage production, along with assisting in general fabrication and assembly tasks.

Schedule:

6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Pay:

$16-20 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements:

• CAD/CAM experience or related skills
• Ability to read a tape measure to within 1/16th of an inch
• 1 year general fabrication experience (preferred)
• 1 year CNC operations experience (preferred)
• Computer skills

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor CNC equipment
• Cut materials based on preset dimensions
• Input dimensions into machines for accurate cutting
• Load and unload materials onto/from the machine
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Assist with additional assembly and production duties as needed
