Role Description

The CNC Machinist - based on Levels I, II, III -is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision medical device components according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting blueprints and work orders, selecting appropriate tooling, performing machine adjustments, and monitoring machining processes for accuracy and efficiency. The CNC Machinist inspects finished parts, documents measurements, and collaborates with quality and engineering teams to resolve issues or improve processes. The role also involves routine machine maintenance, adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
