Responsibilities:

• Sets up, programs, and operates machinery and equipment as directed.
• Completes customer product requirements as associated with work orders.
• Determines appropriate tooling/gages for part production/inspection.
• Performs in-process inspections to ensure 100% quality.
• Identifies discrepancies in setup and run times and resolves with supervisor.
• Manages documentation and data control related to programs and tool lists.
• Cleans and maintains equipment as scheduled or required.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Stops production if a problem is identified and notifies relevant personnel.
• Initiates nonconforming product procedures when necessary.

Additional Functions:

• Prepares programs for EIA machines and maintains organized files.
• Collaborates with production and engineering to develop efficient methods.
• Edits programs on the production floor.
• Prepares drawings and controls program revisions.
• Develops setups for second shift efficiency on the Integrex.
• Programs for other multi-axis machines and assists colleagues.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Creates and revises work instructions.
• Mentors and trains personnel as assigned.
• Eliminates waste and participates in continuous improvement.
• Accurately records production time and quantities for payroll and reporting.
• Supports quality and safety policies and participates in ongoing training.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of aerospace CNC machining and programming experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with Mastercam v.10 and CAD/CAM tools.
• Strong blueprint reading, inspection, and GD&T skills.
• Knowledge of raw materials and quality systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and work independently.
