Join to apply for the 2nd Shift CNC Machinist role at Precision Machined Products.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing advanced setup operations, adjusting and verifying programming, and operating numerically controlled machine tools to carry out complex machining operations with high precision.
2. Potentially operating multiple machines simultaneously.
3. Completing customer product requirements as per work orders.
4. Selecting appropriate tooling and gauges for production and inspection.
5. Inspecting parts for conformance to specifications and ensuring quality through in-process inspections.
6. Identifying and resolving discrepancies in setup and run times with management.
7. Managing documentation and data control related to programs and tool lists.
8. Maintaining and cleaning equipment as scheduled or required.
9. Initiating procedures for nonconforming products when necessary.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, trigonometry skills, 8-10 years of aerospace CNC machining and programming experience, proficiency in machine setup, blueprint reading, Mastercam, CAM, inspection techniques, and leadership skills.
