Aerotek in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Setup Operator to produce precision aerospace components in a clean, ISO-driven shop. You will set up and operate CNC lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, install tooling, and perform first-piece and in-process inspections.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, first shift 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with weekly pay and compensation based on experience. This contract-to-hire role offers stability and growth in a high-precision environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges and other measuring instruments.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Bradenton, Florida. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining practices.
• Experience producing close-tolerance parts in aerospace, medical, or precision manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• CNC programming experience is a plus but not required.
• CAD/CAM experience is beneficial.
• Experience with prototype work and short- to medium-run production is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
