Job summary

PeopleFirst Staffing is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Machinist in Fairfield, OH, to operate CNC lathes and mills from detailed drawings. The shift runs 7:00am–3:30pm, with pay of $24–$28/hour based on experience. A referral bonus of $50 is offered after a referred candidate completes 80 hours.

Qualifications

1st Shift CNC Machinist

A company located in Fairfield, OH is looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join their team!

Position Details: Multiple candidates are needed for a CNC Machinist position. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 7am-3:30pm with a pay of $24-$28/hr based on experience.

You can also receive PeopleFirst Staffing bonus of $50 for a referral bonus when you refer a friend after they complete 80 hours!

Job Overview: Candidates will be responsible for operating various CNC lathe and mill machines from detailed drawings to produce parts. The ideal candidate must have the knowledge to creatively solve machining problems and perform maintenance techniques.

Job Duties:

• Experience operating manual CNC lathe and mills
• Able to interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience with MIG welding various metals is a plus
• Must be able to measure and inspect parts using tape measure and micrometers
• Basic math skills and able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
• Works well as a team and independently
