Laborup is seeking CNC Machinists of all experience levels to join a precision machining team serving the semiconductor industry. You may start on established jobs or advance into independent setups, troubleshooting, and high‑mix work across mills and lathes.

Responsibilities

• Complete Setups: Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation.
• Program Adjustments: Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments.
• Quality Verification: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Process Troubleshooting: Resolve machining and tooling issues independently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Technical Support: Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting.
• Safe Production: Produce quality parts while following safety procedures.

Compensation

• $28 - $40 / hr (including differential)
• $23 - $35 / hr (base)
• 15% shift differential (on 2nd shift)
• $5k sign-on bonus (on 2nd shift)

Shift

• 1st shift: Monday - Friday (5x8s)
• 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday (4x10s)
