Depending on experience, you may start on established jobs or advance into independent setups, troubleshooting, and high-mix work across mills, lathes, mill-turns, and new equipment.

We offer a $5k sign-on bonus on the 2nd shift, 15% shift differential, and weekly overtime opportunities on Fridays.

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC machining experience.
Independent setup machining experience.
Experience with CNC mills and lathes.
Strong blueprint interpretation skills.
Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
Experience editing offsets and G-code.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

Complete Setups: Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation.
Program Adjustments: Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments.
Quality Verification: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
Process Troubleshooting: Resolve machining and tooling issues independently.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Technical Support: Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting.
Safe Production: Produce quality parts while following safety procedures.

Depending on your experience, you may start by operating established jobs or step directly into independent setups, troubleshooting, process improvement, and complex high-mix work.

Compensation

Qualifications

Required
