Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Adjust machine controls, tooling, speeds, and feeds to meet required tolerances.
• Inspect completed parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Replace worn tooling and perform routine machine maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY
