CNC Machinist - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 440-25-01241

Salary Range: $26.00 - $34.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

1st Shift – 4 / 10 Hour Days (3) Day Weekend

Cleveland, Ohio Manufacturing Firm seeks experienced CNC Machinists for their 1st shift positions.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma, GED, or Higher Level of Education with a minimum of (1) year of experience setting-up and operating a CNC machine.
• Candidates must be able to read and understand blueprints, hand-sketches and capable of following both written and verbal work instructions.
• Candidate is required to down load CNC programs from the network server, edit programs as required, selects and loads tooling, installs fixtures, and sets reference points for programs. Make adjustments to meet part specifications.
• Candidate is required to inspect and measure machined parts using a variety of gauges from calipers, micrometers, thread gages, depth micrometers, surface plate with height gage, and other equipment.
• Candidate must be capable of performing basic math calculations such as decimal/fraction conversions.
• Candidate must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
