Shift and Compensation

• 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Compensation ranges from $41,600 to $66,560 annually, plus a 10% shift premium

Job Duties

• Operate CNC Mill, Lathe, and Swiss machines
• Read blueprints and GD&T
• Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerances
• Use micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators
• Perform basic precision metrology
• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC turning and milling machinery
• Perform hand work such as deburring and minor polishing
• Remove burrs and ensure quality
• Set up CNC mills from start to finish, including prepping tools
• Read and understand M and G codes
• Operate Fanuc and Siemens controls
• Use Lyndex Nikken rotary tables with 3+2 on vertical mills
• Work with full 5-axis vertical mills
• Troubleshoot machining processes and machines
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously
• Work with medical components and adhere to manufacturing protocols
• Operate Star CNC Swiss machines
• Machine Titanium, Stainless Steel, and High Nickel alloys
• Operate CMMs for quality inspection
• Troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs and processes
• Perform hand toolpath programming, including angles and radii
