Job summary

Lakeland Manufacturing, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., Alexandria, MN, seeks a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC turning centers and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications. The daylight schedule is Monday–Thursday, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus reflecting our commitment to quality and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC turning centers or lathes.
• Ability to complete machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
• Experience setting offsets and making basic CNC program edits.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Ability to produce and inspect parts according to specified tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• CNC machining education or two or more years of related experience preferred.
