Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC training and evaluate entry level machinists.
• Develop testing and evaluation procedures for training completion.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, HR to align training with needs.
• Maintain training equipment and inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance in training environments.
• Track program metrics like time to competency and retention.
