Expect weekend night shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM) with a base pay of $20.51–$23.75 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium. Prior experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating CNC machines (1–3 years).
• Reading blueprints and using measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills for tolerances and decimals.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment according to quality and productivity requirements.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental policies; stop work when hazards are detected.
