Our facility uses Haas and SMART (Fanuc controls) equipment and values collaboration and innovation. The role includes setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, programming with G‑Code, reading drawings, and working with the team to improve processes while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC programming and G-Code.
• Proficient in operating CNC equipment - mills or lathes, or both!
• Solid manual machining skills, including experience with vertical mills and horizontal machining centers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis VMC and horizontal) and/or lathes (2 axis) to produce high-quality parts.
• Program CNC machines using G-Code and conversational programming to meet specific project requirements.
• Perform manual machining tasks using vertical/horizontal mills and lathes as needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy in machining.
• Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Schedule

• M−F 7AM to 3:30PM
• No mandatory OT or weekends, but OT is offered when possible
