Certified PowerTrain is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to run lathes and mills, verify parts against drawings, and maintain high quality and productivity.

You will set up tooling, program using Mazatrol and G-code, perform light maintenance, and document quality data for continuous improvement in a safe, organized work area. You will prioritize tasks based on schedules, promote accountability, and contribute to process improvements through new fixturing and tooling ideas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on CNC lathe and mill experience.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient in documenting production data and quality metrics.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC lathes and mills, set up tooling, check inserts, and deburr parts.
• Manufacture components per engineering prints and specs.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure part conformity.
• Document quality data and production metrics for reporting.
• Assist preventive maintenance and report issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Review production schedules and prepare equipment for daily ops.
• Support process improvements with fixturing and tooling solutions.
