Certified PowerTrain in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to run lathes and mills, set up tooling, and verify parts against drawings. You will document production data and support continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Experience with Mazatrol and G-code, plus strong English communication, is preferred. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to work with precision in a team environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
• Skilled in documenting production data and quality metrics accurately and consistently.

Mansioni

• Operate CNC machines efficiently, including setting up tooling, checking inserts, making offsets, and deburring finished parts.
• Manufacture components accurately according to engineering prints and specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure parts meet required standards.
• Accurately document quality data and production metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Support preventive maintenance efforts by performing routine checks on CNC machines and promptly informing maintenance staff of any potential issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Review production schedules, prioritize tasks, and prepare equipment and materials for daily operations.
• Conduct light corrective maintenance on machinery to address minor issues promptly.
• Safely handle materials and components throughout the production process.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of new fixturing and tooling solutions.
