Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude needed.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficient reading, writing, and reading comprehension in English.
• Ability to learn blueprint reading and inspection skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to perform standard and repetitive sequences.
• Deburr parts and perform quality checks per control plan.
• Replace tooling and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Load and unload work-pieces and monitor machining process.
• Utilize ERP system for data collection and time/attendance.
