Job summary

TransPak in Texas is seeking a skilled CNC operator to turn design blueprints into precise metal components through milling, drilling and bending. You will set up and run CNC machines, adjust tooling and offsets, and ensure parts meet exact specifications with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior CNC operator experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to read 3D blueprints and mathematical drawings.
• Solid software/computer skills for CNC control.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate one or more CNC machines.
• Change collets, tool inserts, and adjust offsets as needed.
• Inspect finished parts against blueprints and tolerances.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and document actions daily.
• Plan stock inventory and coordinate with production planning.
