Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team in Hillside, IL. The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacture of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner.

This role requires at least two years of related experience, basic computer/technical skills, and the ability to stand for 8 hours. We offer advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, competitive pay (weekly), and generous PTO.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years related experience required.
• Basic computer/technical skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and reach for 8 hours or more.
• Willing and able to work overtime and as required.
• Willing to work any shift as necessary.
• Communicate and understand work instructions in English.
• Strong work ethic / Positive attitude / Self-motivated.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.

Aufgaben

• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
• Visually inspects parts to assure conformance with standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect tooling for wear and damage.
• Properly and safely operate equipment, record production daily.
• Operate one or more CNC machines daily while maintaining all quality safety requirements.
• Load / Unload Machine, record production daily, identify non-conforming product, and assist the team leader.
• Job description is not all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned.
