Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with precision tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
• Capable of lifting 20–50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining.
• Align fixtures, tools, and attachments on machines.
• Interpret drawings and verify dimensions with precision instruments.
• Monitor machine feeds and speeds and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specs.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve tooling and processes.
