Jobot is seeking a meticulous CNC Machines / Mold Maker in Hatfield, PA for a permanent, full-time role. You will work with state-of-the-art CNC equipment to maintain top-quality and efficiency in production.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in CNC operation and mold making, with proficiency in 5-axis CNC, G Code, Mastercam, and MIG welding. A strong eye for detail and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and equipment. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Salary

Salary: $30 - $45 per hour

Responsibilities

1. 1. Operating and maintaining CNC machines, including 5-axis machines.
2. 2. Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements of the product.
3. 3. Calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance and precision.
4. 4. Using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to inspect and verify the dimensions of the components.
5. 5. Working on a lathe to shape materials according to specifications.
6. 6. Writing and understanding G Code and Mastercam programs for CNC machines.
7. 7. Crafting and modifying molds, tools, and dies to meet production requirements.
8. 8. Performing MIG welding tasks as required.
9. 9. Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
