Avalign is seeking a CNC Machinery Reliability Technician to keep Mori Seiki Mill Turns, Makino 5-axis, Tsugami, and Citizen Swiss running at peak. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and document repairs to uphold quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in medical device manufacturing or precision manufacturing with CNC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on CNC machinery.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming/control platforms, especially Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
• Excellent organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a fast-moving production team.

Responsibilities

• Begin with PM reviews and execute prioritized preventive maintenance to stop issues before they start.
• Respond to machine alarms, isolate faults, and resolve root causes to minimize disruption.
• Document repairs, inspections, and parts replaced to keep history and compliance records.
• Support installation and commissioning of new CNC assets with safety and quality from day one.
