Position Overview:

We are looking to add a CNC Machine Set-Up Operator (Machinist) - 1st Shift to our team. The shift runs from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The starting pay rate is $25.72/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Read blueprints and use gauges for measurements
• Ensure quality and precision of machined parts

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-3 years of CNC machining experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Ability to use gauges
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC lathes, hobs, mills, grinding, vertical or horizontal machines
• Basic editing of G&M codes
• Set-up experience
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment (a plus)
