Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of industrial machine repair or maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with CNC machine rebuilding, alignment, and component replacement preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of equipment repairs.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machine tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Rebuild machinery through disassembly, inspection, repair, and component replacement.
• Perform mechanical repairs involving bearings, spindles, shafts, and hydraulic systems.
• Install, align, calibrate, and maintain machinery and production equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment drawings, manuals, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify equipment issues before they create production downtime.
