Saeilo Manufacturing Inds is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team for weekday and weekend shifts at our Greeley, PA facility. You will operate CNC machines, perform quality inspections, and complete daily maintenance to ensure safe, efficient production.

Initial evaluation starts in the Metal Finishing Room, with potential transitions based on skills. Weekend-focused schedule with possible additional weekday hours based on production needs.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
Ability to read measuring devices and inspection tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Able to work independently and stay productive on weekend shifts.
Commitment to a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines with basic knowledge of CNC controls.
Load and unload materials using hand tools.
Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
Adjust tool offsets based on inspection results.
Replace cutting tools as needed.
Perform daily maintenance and keep work areas clean.
Monitor and refill cutting fluid and machine oil.
Run multiple machines when required.
