You’ll receive training for instrument use, quality checks, and safety protocols, while contributing to smooth, efficient production and housekeeping. Second shift with a $20/hour base and 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn loading/unloading of parts
• Ability to measure and verify parts using basic instruments (training provided)
• Follow detailed work instructions and SOPs
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines and facility policies
• Support general production needs and housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Safely stage, load, and unload casting components into CNC production equipment.
• Measure and verify parts using basic precision instruments (training provided).
• Continuously monitor machines and elevate defective materials, variances, or concerns to the shift supervisor without delay.
• Work from detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Champion safety by following OSHA guidelines and all facility policies.
• Contribute to general production needs and housekeeping.
