Job summary

All Weather Architectural Aluminum in Vacaville, CA is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a full-time role. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to fabricate composite and metal parts, reading blueprints and specs to meet production needs.

The position offers day or second shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma, plus ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and specifications.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection practices.
• Experience operating production machinery, CNC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of composite and metal parts.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to meet production needs.
• Interface with production team and engineers to improve cost, safety, and quality.
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety protocols.
• Read plans and use measuring tools to produce parts.
