110 Metalworks, a veteran-led manufacturer just outside Syracuse, NY, seeks a CNC Operator to set up and run laser cutting equipment, aligning with prints and travelers. You will maintain safe practices, read blueprints, and use calipers and tape measures to ensure tolerance. We offer training, growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of metal fabrication concepts.
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred).
• Comfortable using a Windows-based computer system.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC laser cutting equipment to meet print and traveler requirements.
• Maintain safe manufacturing and material handling practices while sustaining 95% efficiency.
• Use calipers, tape measures, and other tools to ensure accuracy to blueprint tolerances.
• Identify material types, read sheet tags, and operate overhead cranes as needed.
• Accurately record production activity and maintain quality standards.

What We Do

Our team uses advanced tools and processes like welding, machining, and assembly to make custom parts and assemblies for other manufacturers.
