Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience with a strong foundation in CNC operations.
• Proven experience programming and running three or more CNC machines beyond the Machine Operator I level.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Ability to mentor Machine Operator I team members and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and run CNC machines to dial in precise calibrations for high-quality parts.
• Operate a wide range of shop tools while prioritizing safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plan layouts to meet exact specifications.
• Calculate bend allowances and adjust for material thickness with accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement efficient processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
