Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least three years in manufacturing with CNC equipment, and experience on 3–5 axis machines from brands such as Toyoda, Okuma, and Mazak. Second shift 2:00 pm–12:30 am with a $2.00/hr differential; compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing role using CNC or similar automated equipment.
• Experience operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines (Toyoda, Okuma, Bertsche, Fadal, Mori-Seiki, Mazak, Makino, OKK).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated CNC vertical and horizontal machines.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and set up sheets.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify part specifications.
• Change tooling, adjust feeds/speeds, and maintain safety protocols.
• Monitor machines, report issues, and assist training of new operators.
