Aerotek is seeking a diligent Machine Operator in Alexandria, MN to run CNC Mills and related equipment (Haas and Mazaks) for consistent, high‑quality production. This contract-to-hire role requires accurate measurement, blueprint interpretation, and data entry into the ERP system.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, tool changes, inspecting parts, and light maintenance, with opportunities to learn setups and advance in a growing manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Operate CNC Mills and machines (Haas, Mazaks) to support production.
• Read and interpret blueprints; verify dimensions with micrometers/calipers.
• Record data in ERP and document issues in SharePoint for corrective action.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload machines efficiently.
• Operate CNC machines with intent to learn setups.
• Change tooling, fixtures or jigs as needed for smooth operation.
• Maintain part quality by checking against prints with micrometers/calipers.
• Record data accurately in the ERP system.
• Document issues in SharePoint to support corrective actions.
• Perform light preventive maintenance on machines.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with attention to details.
