Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate HAAS CNC milling machines to produce high-quality, precision components. This on-site role requires hands-on HAAS experience and the ability to step in with minimal training.

Pay is up to $25 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch. Candidates must read blueprints, measure parts accurately, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Experience with HAAS CAC mills and lathes is required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Load appropriate metal materials onto machines.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust for tool wear, material issues, or calibration problems.
• Inspect raw materials for correct type, thickness, and grade.
• Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy against blueprints.
• Identify and report nonconforming parts or production issues to the supervisor.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company ISO quality procedures.

Pay: Up to $25 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
