Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Machine Operator in Fletcher, NC to operate CNC machines and automated production equipment on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. You will set tooling, load components with robotics, and monitor multiple processes to ensure quality.

Overtime and weekend hours may be required. Eligible candidates should have experience in machining or heavy manufacturing, strong math skills, and the ability to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines or automated production equipment.
• Ability to set and adjust tooling and fixtures as needed.
• Experience with robotic systems for loading/unloading components.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours and lift 20–50 lbs.

Responsibilities
