Reliant Systems, Inc. in Zimmerman, MN is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to ensure consistent production of parts prepared and set up on a CNC machine. You will run programs, check parts with calipers and micrometers, and communicate progress to supervision.

The role requires attention to quality, ability to work with minimal supervision, multitasking, teamwork, and flexibility to work overtime as needed. Associates degree preferred; MS Office experience is a plus; benefits include paid

Qualifications

• Associates Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run machine program to produce high-quality parts.
• Maintain the highest standards for aesthetics on parts and internal environment.
• Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauge pins) to check parts post-machine.
• Identify parts that deviate from specifications.
• Operate multiple machines when necessary.
• Adjust offsets as needed.
• Maintain communication with supervisor about progress.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
