Walor North America is seeking a CNC Operator for its Columbus, OH facility. The role centers on operating CNC machinery with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and documentation. You will read prints, perform first-article inspections, and maintain equipment per 5S standards.

The position requires basic math, technical aptitude, and experience with metrology tools; metalworking background is preferred. First shift, onsite work with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Technical aptitude required.
• Experience with metrology equipment (calipers, height gauge, dial indicator, etc.) preferred.
• Experience working with metal preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adherence to laws, policies, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
• Continuous improvement of work and activities.
• Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner.
• Maintenance of 5S principles and proper documentation for shift reports and inspection cards.
• Operate CNC machinery and perform hourly parts inspections.
• Load/unload machinery and perform daily preventative maintenance.
