Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M) in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00am–3:00pm). You will operate CNC equipment to produce precision-machined components in a climate-controlled facility and contribute to a safe, productive team environment.

Training is provided; no prior manufacturing experience required, though helpful. The role emphasizes reading work instructions, measuring parts with precision tools, and reporting quality
