Job summary

You will load/unload parts, adjust tooling as needed, and ensure smooth machining sequences while keeping the workspace clean and safe. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, recording measurements, and collaborating with the team to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC machines and run pre-loaded programs.
• Measure finished parts with calipers, micrometers, or height gauge.
• Replace cutting tools and monitor tool wear.
• Adjust machines to compensate for tool wear and process variations.
• Load/unload parts, change tooling, and manage machining sequences.
• Move materials, fixtures and equipment as needed.
• Clean parts and workstation after operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines and run pre-loaded programs.
• Inspect dimensions to ensure conformance withSpecifications.
• Monitor machines and adjust for tool wear.
• Load workpieces, remove finished parts, and change tooling per sequence.
• Move materials and fixtures between stations.
