Job description

CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift : MUST DO OWN SET-UPS The CNC Operator at Test Products will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. MUST be able to do set-ups, fixtured and non-fixtured, and run complete part. Be knowledgeable of tools, tooling, and speeds & feeds. Also, detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. CNC operators maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday. However, the CNC Operator is expected to dedicate the time required to meet the company’s strategic plan. Qualifications: • To qualify for the position of CNC Machine Operator in Sterling Heights, MI, US, a high school diploma or graduation from a certified technical school is preferred. • Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator. • Understanding production procedures is essential for this role. • Communication proficiency is a required skill. • Mathematical skills are necessary for successful performance. • Mechanical and technical capacity is a key qualification. • Time management skills are crucial for meeting job requirements. Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour
